There are a few roles for user that will need to be setup for example, when setting up a job you need an advisor.
Also when you are setting a technician for a job
To get started head off to "Settings", then select "Users"
Once in Users make sure you have the technician already added as a user. If you do not, click on this link to setup a new User
Once you have the new User added to your location, head back to Settings - Users and select the user to edit the role.
Select the role that you wish to assign to the user and hit "ADD"
You can add multiple roles for the User by adding each role.
Once you have setup the user's role you are all set.
